- Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in snowkiting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, disability, or death. I freely accept and fully assume all risks, dangers, and hazards that may result from my participation in this activity. - Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in snowkiting, I hereby release and hold harmless Snowkitingalberta, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the activity, including but not limited to negligence. - Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snowkitingalberta from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of my participation in snowkiting. - Medical Condition
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would affect my ability to safely participate in snowkiting. - Photography/Media Release
I consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken of me during snowkiting for promotional purposes.
