1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participating in snowkiting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Weather-related hazards.
- Terrain hazards such as ice, rocks, or other obstructions.
- Equipment failure.
- Physical exertion leading to injury, disability, or death.
I freely accept and fully assume all risks associated with this activity.
2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this activity, I hereby release and hold harmless:
Snowkitingalberta, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of my participation, including negligence.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snowkitingalberta from any third-party claims or expenses resulting from my actions during the activity.
4. Medical Fitness
- I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this activity.
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred during participation.

5. Equipment Responsibility
I agree to inspect all equipment provided by Snowkitingalberta before use and report any concerns. I accept responsibility for the care and proper use of equipment and will pay for damages caused by misuse.
6. Adherence to Safety Guidelines
I agree to follow all instructions provided by Snowkitingalberta staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
7. Media Release (Optional)

8. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
9. Severability

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms stated above. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
