SECOND STAGE OF TRAINING
3 to 4 hours
Piloting the kite with confidence, performing kite strokes
Kite swinging and controlling the kite’s pulling force
Moving with the kite, performing strokes (left, right).
Independent landing and launching of the kite from the ground
Lift from sitting to standing by pulling the kite.
Starting on snowboard or skis: correct positioning of the body, snowboard/ski and kite at the start.
Short tack in both directions (left, right)
Stopping
Rules of divergence and behavior in the ski area
Wind effects
Wind forecast
Rules of equipment selection, fine tuning of the kite, types of kites.
THIRD STAGE OF TRAINING

Confident riding in both directions
Speed control (using kite and/or snowboard/ski)
